Responsibilities

• Data accuracy & reporting: Own the accuracy and integrity of operational and financial data across all business units.
• Invoicing & accounts receivable: Ensure client invoicing is accurate and issued on schedule; monitor cycle times.
• Accounts payable & procedure adherence: Enforce AP procedures and standardize them; ensure proper coding.
• Forecasting & financial support: Build forecasting models; monitor actuals vs. budget; provide variance analysis.
• Inventory & asset reconciliation: Reconcile inventory records; track assets and lifecycle records.
• Team leadership & administrative operations: Manage administrative direct reports; standardize templates and processes across the organization.
