Envision Horizons in the United States is seeking a Director of Programmatic Retail Media to define our retail media DSP methodology, establish standards, and train the team. This internal expert role covers onsite and offsite display, video and CTV, using retailer first‑party data for audience strategy and measurement.

You will partner with MyHorizons, drive platform adoption, and build scalable playbooks and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must be a subject-matter expert in retail media programmatic.
• Experience building methodology and playbooks.
• Ability to train teams and scale capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Define best-practice methodology for retail media programmatic across platforms.
• Develop audience and measurement frameworks using retailer first-party data.
• Lead internal training programs and enablement for the DSP function.
• Collaborate with retailer and DSP stakeholders to secure early access to beta features.
• Drive adoption of MyHorizons and campaign automation.
