Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field with several years in social/behavior change communications or public affairs.
• Proven track record building new capability or cross-functional practices in large organizations.
• Experience in global marketing, advocacy, and program delivery with safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and standards for programmatic marketing aligned to program outcomes.
• Lead integration of marketing strategy with program, advocacy, and field leadership.
• Oversee campaign delivery with cross-functional partners and risk management.
