Job summary

University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is seeking an Executive Director, Program Strategy to lead cross-organizational efforts in support of new and existing degree programs, aligning business goals with customer needs.

The role manages program P&L, drives enrollment and profitability, launches new initiatives, and develops business cases. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor, the position partners with Academic Affairs and other stakeholders, with a hybrid campus schedule requiring 3 days

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in product management or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience managing remote employees.
• Demonstrated ability to grow businesses with creative ideas and practical implementation.
• Prior P&L experience with strategic planning and marketing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of product and project management principles, budgeting, data analysis, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead across the organization to support new and existing degree programs and align with business goals.
• Manage program P&L, enrollment targets, revenue and profitability goals; launch new initiatives and develop business cases.
• Develop program and marketing strategy; establish metrics for success and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Enrollment, Marketing, and Finance to drive inquiries, conversions, and performance.
• Oversee operations, technology launches, campus spaces, and student services for program efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance student experience.
