Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Allied Health, Health Sciences, or closely related field.
• At least 5 years of higher education instructional experience, preferably in graduate health sciences.
• Strong online teaching experience in online and blended modalities.
• Proven ability with LMS, media development, and virtual instruction tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver multi-modal faculty development programs and mentoring.
• Provide proactive technical support for course management and learning technologies.
• Participate on course development teams to embed best practices and effective teaching.
• Create communities of practice and lead teaching excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand development opportunities for faculty.
• Coordinate onboarding for new faculty and support research-related teaching initiatives.
• Maintain records of development activities and stay current with trends.
