Getinge seeks a Director of Program Management to lead Healthmark's project portfolio, aligning programs with regulatory and quality standards. You will steer a PMO, coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Medical Affairs, Marketing, HR, IT, and Finance, and drive strategy deployment, risk management, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in strategy deployment, transformation, or enterprise program leadership in regulated industries.
• 7–10 years of medical device R&D with direct PM/PMO experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a group/department.
• Experience in FDA/regulatory and design controls; board-facing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO strategy and governance, translating executive vision into actionable initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution across cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, IT, Finance, etc.).
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive-ready materials for status updates.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and post-launch benefits/ROI tracking.
• Drive organizational change management and continuous improvement across programs.
