Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking a Manager, PMO for Software Programs to lead a team of software project managers from definition through commercialization. You will drive governance, risk management, and cross‑functional alignment across engineering, quality, product, and regulatory to deliver compliant, high‑quality software products.

The role requires 7+ years in project management with at least 3 years in functional management, strong PM processes, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience mentoring project managers and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
• Experience with regulatory and quality frameworks relevant to software products (FDA QSR, ISO).
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of software-focused project managers, ensuring strong project execution.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee planning and execution of software programs from definition to commercialization.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across programs.
• Ensure consistent application of PM processes, methodologies, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, product, regulatory, and other partners to deliver compliant software products.
• Ensure teams comply with QMS procedures and documentation requirements.
• Support lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve escalations and maintain clear progress updates.
• Provide a proactive interface to senior management with milestones.
