Job summary

Getinge seeks a Director of Program Management in Fraser, MI, to lead Healthmark’s project management organization, guiding remediation, development, and transformation programs. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, regulatory, and clinical teams to deliver compliant, high-quality surgical workflow and infection prevention solutions.

You will establish a PMO, drive KPI reporting, mentor PMs, and influence senior leadership while ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; MBA preferred.
• PM certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy deployment or enterprise program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of project management strategy and drive enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and govern a PMO with standardized methodologies, tools, and dashboards.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Sales, Finance, IT, HR.
