Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead our PM function for medical device initiatives. You will oversee PPL governance, drive cross-functional execution, and guide a team of project and program managers to align with strategic priorities and quality/regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive PM experience across programs.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership in project management.
• Experience in medical device or regulated healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios, governance, and executive reporting.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, risk, schedule, and stakeholder comms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Project Priority List (PPL) and align with company strategy.
• Manage program KPIs: on-time delivery, budget, and business impact.
• Lead and develop Project Leads, PMs, and program managers.
• Conduct monthly portfolio reviews with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead all innovation reviews and track KPI progression.
• Improve governance, templates, and reporting for project management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate trade-offs and resources.
• Develop portfolio-level metrics and dashboards.
