The role leads complex Intel and Cyber programs across development, production, and sustainment, interfacing with customers and stakeholders to drive performance and value. The position requires an active TS clearance, 15+ years of related experience (or 13+ with a graduate degree, or 19 without a degree), and strong leadership with cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Active US Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 13+ years; or 19 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing programs within DoD or Aerospace environments.
• Solid financial skills and program strategy.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise of complex Intel & Cyber programs spanning development, production, and sustainment.
• Be accountable for cost, schedule and technical performance of the portfolio.
• Develop and manage financial forecasts and executive briefings.
• Direct the preparation of proposals, budgets, and contract terms/conditions.
• Manage a team of Program Managers with coaching and succession planning.
• Ensure resources and cross-functional alignment to meet program objectives.
