L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Director of Program Management in Washington, DC. This leadership role oversees program execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across complex Intel & Cyber portfolios, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

The role requires a seasoned leader with a Top Secret clearance; PMP or equivalent is highly desired, with cross-functional leadership and strong financial skills. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active US Top Secret Clearance required.
• Degree plus years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Lead an enterprise of complex Intel & Cyber programs across development, production, and sustainment.
• Ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance of the portfolio.
• Develop, manage, and report financial forecasts.
• Provide executive-level briefings to stakeholders.
• Direct proposals, budgets, and contract terms.
• Manage program managers and mentor teams.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to meet objectives.
• Ensure adequate resources and travel as needed.
