Responsibilities

Develop, oversee, and standardize program management across three business units.
Lead PM personnel and manage multiple programs within the division.
Establish baselines to meet proposal margins.
Improve PM processes, tools, and best practices.
Mentor senior PM leadership and embedded competencies.
Create dashboards and metrics for PM effectiveness.
Review underperforming programs and implement mitigations.
Position PM as a growth enabler for revenue and profit.
