Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Director of the Program Management Office to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and well-organized leader to manage a portfolio of strategic technology and business initiatives. The Director will provide thought leadership, mentorship, and execution excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by standardizing project management practices and driving major programs and projects across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination, implementation, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure and application development programs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Program & Project Managers and Business Systems Analysts.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of project documentation, risk management, and status reporting.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors, driving project success within budget and schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of experience leading large technical initiatives and programs.
• Minimum 5 years managing initiatives in a technology environment, with exposure to Infrastructure Strategy, Cloud, and Enterprise Application deployments.
• At least 3 years of Agile project management experience.
• Strong experience using portfolio management tools (ServiceNow PPM is a plus) and tracking schedules with MS Excel or MS Project.
• Deep understanding of multiple project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Columbus, OH office
