Commonpoint Queens is seeking a Director of Program Development to expand tennis programming across our facilities, including Bay Terrace, Tannenbaum Family Pool, Alley Pond Tennis Center, and future sites. The Director of Program Development is responsible for expanding and enhancing Commonpoint's tennis programming across multiple facilities. This role focuses on creating, implementing, and evaluating new programs that increase participation, improve the customer experience, and generate sustainable revenue. Working closely with the Senior Director of Operations, Director of Tennis, and site leadership, this position will lead program development efforts at satellite locations—including Bay Terrace and Tannenbaum Family Pool—while also identifying new opportunities to strengthen programming at Alley Pond Tennis Center and future Commonpoint facilities. This role is ideal for an innovative leader who enjoys building programs from the ground up, identifying community needs, and turning ideas into successful offerings.
