The Manager, Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in advancing Commonpoint’s mission by leading the full-cycle recruitment process for all full time, part-time, and seasonal positions. As a key member of the Human Resources team, this individual partners closely with program and organizational leaders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who are inspired by our mission of service and community. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, the Manager, Talent Acquisition oversees all aspects of the recruitment process — from sourcing and selection through offer and onboarding — while supporting strategic workforce planning and continuous process improvement. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and relationship-driven leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salaries are determined based on internal and external equity, as well as each position’s scope, qualifications, and organizational impact. To maintain fairness across the organization, salary offers are set according to established salary bands and are not subject to negotiation. New hires typically start near the beginning of the salary range to allow for growth based on performance, professional development, and tenure.
