Qualifications

  • 3+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience or equivalent experience in maintenance, repair, planning and scheduling operations within our target industries.

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery: own end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs across the regions, from greenfield implementations through rollout expansions, against customer ROI goals and contractual SOW deliverables.
  • Growth Through Delivery: convert delivery performance into services expansion and cARR growth through additional rollouts, training, full consumption of purchased seat licenses, and cross-sell/up-sell.
  • Sales Engagement: partner with account executives on services opportunities, scope and price the work, present the delivery approach to prospects and customers, and negotiate services terms through to close.

  • Team Building: recruit, hire, and lead the Project Managers who carry the accounts, and set the performance standard the team is held to.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: develop project managers and functional consultants, and keep the bench deep enough to absorb growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: drive collaboration across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, elevate risks early, and bring recommendations with the solution attached.
  • Trusted Advisor: own the executive relationship at each account, deliver a Sigga roadmap tied to their EAM objectives, and partner with Customer Success to turn adoption into realized ROI.
