Job summary

Sigga is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to own Empower solution design worldwide, running on-site discovery and mapping current maintenance processes to AI-enabled workflows. You will defend design choices to operations and IT leadership and travel to large live accounts across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

You will lead design reviews, coordinate with functional consultants, and identify next digitization steps while ensuring security, data integrity, and scalable mobile configurations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance floor background: 3+ years in refinery/plant/mine.
• 5+ years in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting; onsite design & gap analysis.
• Experience moving from paper work orders to mobile maintenance execution.
• Ability to present a quantified business case to operations and IT executives.
• Willing to travel up to 50% across North America; authorization to work there.

Responsibilities

• Define Empower design per account: work orders, notifications, time & material confirmation, readings, parts handling, offline use.
• Discovery: onsite assessments and workshops with maintenance and IT stakeholders; produce design deliveries.
• To-Be process: define maintenance changes on Empower for technicians, supervisors, and storeroom staff.
• Design authority: defend SAP PM integration, data structures, mobile config, access controls.
• Value engineering: quantify business case using metrics and present to executives.

We are hiring aSenior Solution Architect who has worked maintenance and repair in a plant,moved into SAP PM and EAM consulting, and now wants to design what replaces theclipboard. You own Empower solution design worldwide by running discovery onsite, mapping the manual process the customer runs today, designing the digitaland AI-enabled process that replaces it, and defending those calls to theiroperations and IT leadership.

For our installbase, you go site to site across live accounts, review the deployed designagainst how the operation runs today, and find the next move: the manualprocess ready to be digitized, the capability the site has not turned on yet,the design refinement that lifts adoption. You hand functional consultants aplan they can execute against.

You reportdirectly to the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations, who ownsProfessional Services, Customer Success, and Customer Support.You travelglobally and sit across the table from the operations and IT executives who runsome of the largest industrial companies in the world.

GeneralAccountabilities

SolutionDesign and Process Consulting

• Digitizationand AI Enablement: define how Empower’s out-of-the-box AI solutions are appliedto the customer’s workflows: specify which manual steps come out, what getscaptured automatically at the point of work, and where agentic automationapplies to the customer's maintenance data.
• SolutionDesign: own the Empower design per account: work order execution,notifications, time and material confirmation, measurement readings, partshandling, and offline field use.
• Discovery:run onsite assessments and workshops with maintenance, reliability, and ITstakeholders, and produce the design document delivery builds against.
• To-BeProcess: define how the customer's maintenance and repair process changes onEmpower, down to what technicians, supervisors, and storeroom staff dodifferently.
• DesignAuthority: make and defend the calls on SAP PM integration, master datastructure, mobile configuration, and security roles and access.
• ValueEngineering: quantify the business case in the customer's own metrics,including wrench time, schedule compliance, backlog health, and PM completion,and present it to their executives.

Install BaseDesign Assurance

• DesignReviews: visit live accounts, review the deployed design against how theoperation runs today, and confirm it still fits the way the site executes work.
• ActionPlans: separate design refinements from configuration, data, and training work,then plan each with owners, sequence, and effort for functional consultants toexecute.
• ExpansionOpportunities: identify the processes, sites, and capabilities worth digitizingnext, and build the case in the customer's own metrics.

Enablementand Sales Support

• ConsultantEnablement: coach functional consultants on maintenance process and designreasoning, and hand off designs they can build against.
• SalesSupport: support account executives on technical discovery and solutionscoping, and present the design approach to prospects.

Required

• Hands-onmaintenance floor background: 3+ years as a maintenance or reliabilitytechnician, craft supervisor, or MRO lead in a refinery, plant, mill, or mine.
• 5+years in SAP PM or EAM implementation consulting, owning solution design andrunning onsite process assessments and gap analysis at industrial customers.
• Demonstratedexperience taking a site from paper work orders to mobile maintenanceexecution.
• Trackrecord walking into a live account, finding where the design or the processfalls short of how the site actually works, and writing plans other consultantsexecuted.
• Workingcommand of maintenance and repair operations: notification intake, work orderflow, confirmation discipline, parts, and closeout data quality.
• Abilityto present a quantified business case to operations and IT executives, and runthe same conversation with a shop floor crew.
• Experiencedefining security roles and access for maintenance systems.
• Workingunderstanding of AI: what large language models, retrieval over technicaldocumentation, agentic automation, and predictive models can and cannot do in amaintenance environment.
• Bachelor'sdegree, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on maintenanceexperience.
• Basedin North America with authorization to work there.

Preferred

• CMRP,CRL, or equivalent maintenance and reliability certification.
• SAPS/4HANA asset management, and integration patterns to SAP such as PO, ECC, andAPIs.
• KPIframeworks for maintenance performance: backlog health, schedule compliance, PMand PdM completion, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Hands-onwith AI tooling: LLM-based assistants, retrieval over equipment and proceduredocumentation, or predictive models.
• Experiencementoring technicians, planners, or consultants.
• WorkingSpanish or Portuguese.
