Job summary

Billtrust, a leader in AI-powered accounts receivable workflow software, seeks a Director, Professional Services. You will oversee Engagement and Practice leaders, drive delivery excellence, and scale the PS organization with a focus on customer outcomes and profitability.

You'll own P&L for the PS department, partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Development, and lead a diverse team to craft scalable methodologies, improve forecasting, and accelerate AI adoption across engagements.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of relevant experience, incl. 3+ years leading cross-functional PS teams and 3+ years delivering projects and selling services in software/SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent client management instincts and ability to build relationships with partners.
• P&L ownership with accountability for PS revenue, margin, and forecasting.
• Ability to develop methodologies and operational frameworks differentiating PS delivery.
• Track record driving AI adoption across a PS team to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead PS org to deliver a world-class, value-add experience and drive product usage expansion.
• Ensure projects meet client requirements with high satisfaction and reference-ability.
• Drive process improvement to increase ROI and ensure quality and consistency.
• Serve as escalation point for delivery issues within the PS organization.
• Use AI tools to improve delivery visibility, forecast accuracy, and efficiency.
• Own P&L for the PS department, meeting revenue and profit budgets.
