You will oversee program development, policy implementation, and alignment with the organization’s strategic plan, while promoting high reliability and continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing leadership experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Professional Development, Innovation and Research Department.
• Develop and evaluate educational programming to support strategic goals.
• Coordinate comprehensive orientation and evaluate its effectiveness for nursing division employees.
