Walt Disney Animation Studios is seeking an accomplished production planning leader to oversee feature and short production plans, dashboards, and data-driven decision support. You will collaborate with studio leadership to optimize resources, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires deep experience in animation production processes, strong leadership, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives and creative teams. On-site work in Burbank is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive production experience and leadership within complex projects.
• Ability to manage sensitive information and foster inclusive, safe environments.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data visualization skills for production planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead production plan templates for features, specials, and shorts; update and assess impacts.
• Create initial production plans and resource schedules; coordinate with Development and Finance.
• Develop production scenarios to optimize resources and slate planning.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and presentations from historical data for decision-making.
• Advise Associate Producers on inventory flow opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborate with Production leadership to standardize milestones and dashboards.
• Partner with Production Finance on financial impacts at production and studio levels.
• Manage teams owning production tracking tools and workforce planning dashboards.
• Coordinate with Technology to prioritize process-improvement tools.
