Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in ProdOps, Strategy, or Analytics roles within top-tier Technology Companies, Start Ups, Management Consulting, and/or Professional Services firms.
• BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills; ability to organize complex data into clear narratives.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets) and SQL.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Experience defining and measuring OKRs, KPIs, or similar metrics.
• Self-starter with bias for action and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration and executive visibility.

• Team Building: Build a high‑performing Strategy & Operations team with leads aligned to product areas.
• Organizational Goals: Drive OKR goal-setting and leadership reviews across Product & Technology.
• Performance Measurement: Serve as analytical backbone for key metrics with data-driven insights.
• Operational Excellence: Support CPTO-level review forums and improve velocity and impact.
• Cultural Transformation: Collaborate on town halls, offsites, and large events to represent Product & Technology.
