RTX seeks an Associate Director of Planning and Production Control in Tucson, AZ to lead Production Control teams and align material availability with demand and manufacturing schedules. The role requires ensuring MRP health, OT delivery, and cost controls while interfacing with senior management across functions.

Ideal candidates bring extensive planning/leadership experience, ability to obtain interim secret clearance, and a track record of delivering strategic goals in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 10–12+ years of related experience.
• Experience in planning, production control, manufacturing, operations or supply chain.
• Ability to obtain interim secret clearance before start

Responsibilities

• Lead AZ Subsystems Product Center Production Control teams, including Demand planning and Supply planning.
• Provide guidance to a multi-skilled team and set strategic vision.
• Plan and execute short to medium term program and functional strategies.
• Manage financial expectations including pools and overhead budgets.
• Own goals to improve Material Availability, MRP Performance and On Time Delivery.
• Develop workforce and staffing plans to support organizational goals
