Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Production Control in El Segundo, CA. This onsite leadership role ensures alignment between material availability, production schedules, and contractual requirements using MRP/Shop Floor Control.

You will lead a multi‑discipline team, drive plans to meet financial targets, develop basis of estimates, and collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Program teams to optimize material flow and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or advanced degree with extensive experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Production Control, or Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team supporting Production Control.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Own actions to align with the financial plan and ensure reliable material flow.
• Develop basis of estimates for production control activities.
• Maintain and drive accurate MRP schedules.
• Use data to influence cross-functional decisions.
