Lightspeed in New York is seeking a Director of Product Management to define strategy and drive execution across Lightspeed's Instore Selling portfolio, shaping differentiators across services, AI-driven insights, and the broader customer experience.

You will translate customer and market insights into a compelling, multi-year vision, align senior stakeholders and cross functional teams around strategic priorities, and build capabilities and operating models needed to deliver measurable merchant

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience within software or technology sectors, with proven impact across multiple product areas.
• Experience setting and executing strategy at portfolio/organization level beyond a single product.
• Strong strategic thinking, portfolio management, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience leading through product leaders and managers, hiring and developing teams.
