Director, Product Strategy - Clinical, eHealth

Location: Remote in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin

Portfolio: Clinical, eHealth capabilities within DomaniRx

DomaniRx is revolutionizing the Pharmacy Benefits space with a modern, cloud-native, cloud-agnostic and API-first mindset that enables easy connectivity and an affordable tech stack.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing market insights through market intel & competitive product analysis
• Defining problem space and target audiences
• Formulating strategy and developing lean business cases
• Establishing KPIs, research plans, and conducting cost-benefit analyses
• Creating vision, mission, strategy stack, and product roadmap
• Product planning: build/buy/partner decisions, experience mapping
• Conducting POC, pilots, and assessing scalability based on success criteria

Agile Development:

• Ensuring development aligns with GTM plans through check-ins with Agile teams/POs
• Consulting on delivery, development, and testing processes

GTM & Planning for New Products:

• Supporting sales with RFP responses and meetings
• Collaborating with marketing on value propositions and collateral
• Creating and delivering client demonstrations and support
• Working with pricing teams and creating product bundling options
• Developing and delivering internal and external product training

Manage:

• Post-launch product lifecycle management

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Healthcare experience, PBM preferred
• Digital transformation and healthcare technology automation
• Clinical product experience (e.g., pharmacy clinical programs, eRx, ePA)
• PBM and pharmacy experience
• End-to-End product management and business model creation
• Government programs experience (e.g., Managed Medicaid)
