Job summary

Natco Home seeks a Director of Product Management, Purchasing & Inventory Planning in West Warwick, RI. This hands-on, executive role owns company-wide purchasing and inventory planning, overseeing the floor coverings and textiles portfolio and aligning demand with supply.

You will lead a team, set standards, and partner with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Operations to optimize working capital, improve supplier performance, and ensure timely product availability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading purchasing and inventory planning across multiple product lines.
• Ability to translate demand, supplier capabilities, and financial objectives into actionable plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing decisions including quantities and timing, aligned with budgets.
• Lead inventory forecasting, planning, and replenishment for ongoing programs.
• Establish policies, calendars, and controls across product categories.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on purchase commitments and inventory health.
