Job summary

Natco Home is seeking a Director of Product Management, Purchasing & Inventory Planning to lead purchasing decisions, inventory planning, and product operations for floor coverings, rugs, and textiles. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing to align demand, capacity, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience spanning operational product management, purchasing, forecasting, or inventory planning.
• Experience leading centralized purchasing processes and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own purchasing and inventory planning processes across product categories and business functions.
• Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and lifecycle management for ongoing programs and launches.
• Develop and govern product operations, purchasing, and supplier performance with clear dashboards and accountability.
