Job summary

Natco Home Group is seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Manager to lead the supply chain inventory and procurement functions at our West Warwick, RI headquarters. You will supervise a team, drive forecasting and replenishment for Walmart programs, and partner cross-functionally to optimize inventory and support growth.

The role requires a strong background in purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relations, plus leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in purchasing, inventory planning, supply chain, procurement, demand planning, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, and purchasing systems.
• Experience supporting large retail customers and international supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop purchasing and inventory planning team members.
• Lead inventory planning and replenishment for Walmart U.S., Walmart.com, and Walmart Canada programs.
• Execute and manage purchasing strategies based on forecasts, demand, supplier lead times, and business objectives.
• Monitor inventory performance to balance stock levels and minimize out-of-stocks and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain issues.
• Track inventory across multiple warehouses and identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support customer requirements and drive growth.
