Legrand is seeking a Director – Product Management to lead the Display Infrastructure portfolio within the Audio Video Division in Minnetonka, MN. You will guide a high-performing team of product managers and translate long-term strategy into executable roadmaps that drive growth and profitability.

This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to align investments with corporate objectives and delivers measurable business impact through disciplined portfolio

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and execute portfolio strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Strong financial acumen, including profitability analysis and business cases.
• Experience translating growth objectives into product roadmaps and investments.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach product managers.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with annual objectives.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a 4-5 year portfolio strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Translate financial goals into product roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Lead portfolio investments and evaluate new markets and partnerships.
• Own business performance including revenue growth and profitability.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
