Job summary

Ontic in the United States is seeking a Director of Product Operations to join our Revenue Operations organization. This role bridges Product, GTM, and Revenue Ops, owning systems, processes and cadences that align product and revenue teams as we scale.

You will design dashboards, govern data tagging, and translate roadmap insights into actionable GTM strategies. This is an individual contributor role with potential to scale the function as Ontic grows, requiring independent work,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Operations, RevOps or related, with leadership experience.
• GT M technology and SaaS experience translating into system requirements.
• Experience bridging Product and GTM teams to deliver measurable impact.
• Experience at a B2B SaaS company in growth stage.
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain product usage dashboards and usage data for CS, Sales and Product.
• Lead governance of data tagging and ensure actionable insights.
• Partner with Product leadership to align roadmaps with revenue goals.
• Define cross-functional cadences and accountability.
• Serve as trusted business partner to Product leadership.
