Job summary

Left Field Labs is a creative technology agency in Culver City, CA. We seek a Director of Business Operations to lead the Products & Platforms pod, shaping production vision, roadmaps, and delivery standards for complex digital products and platforms.

You will manage day-to-day execution, nurture client relationships, and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence and profitable growth. This role reports to the Vice President, Product Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital production or program management experience in a digital agency, product design studio, or consultancy.
• 3+ years of direct management experience hiring, leading, and mentoring cross-functional project teams (designers, engineers, strategists).
• Proven track record managing multi-million dollar P&L for a product pod or equivalent business unit.

Responsibilities

• Track and report real-time project health metrics including budget burn and margin health.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation to maintain delivery commitments.
• Serve as executive producer or steering sponsor on flagship product accounts.
• Maintain central documentation for platform workflows, delivery playbooks, and QA frameworks.
