Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Business Development & Solutions Scoping
  • Manage the multi‑million dollar P&L for the Products & Platforms pod, taking full accountability for revenue forecasting, margin targets, profitability, and healthy operational burn rates across all portfolio accounts
  • Serve as the core production architect during pitch, RFP, and organic growth phases, translating client ambitions into grounded, actionable platform build strategies
  • Lead scoping sessions alongside Engineering, Design, and Strategy leads to unpack complex requirements, define technical feasibility, and architect end‑to‑end delivery approaches
  • Author, review, and finalize precise Statements of Work (SOWs), master service agreements, technical roadmaps, risk matrices, and multi‑phased project budgets for enterprise‑grade digital product initiatives
  • Build immediate executive credibility in client pitches and steering committees by showcasing deep command over digital product lifecycles, platform trade‑offs, release strategies, and modern development frameworks
  • Proactively identify value‑add opportunities within existing platform client accounts, scoping follow‑on phases, feature enhancements, and managed service models that drive long‑term business value
  • Lead, manage, and shape the Products & Platforms pod, establishing a clear operational rhythmic culture, transparent performance standards, and an environment of psychological safety and high performance
Resource Management & Staffing
  • Own the overall resourcing strategy, capacity planning, and allocation models across the Products & Platforms pod, ensuring teams are balanced for both execution quality and financial health
  • Develop and maintain 30‑60‑90‑day+ resourcing roadmaps across multi‑month product lifecycles, identifying utilization bottlenecks, skill gaps, and bench risks well in advance
  • Cultivate, vet, and maintain relationships with top‑tier freelance producers, specialized technical contractors, and offshore/nearshore engineering partners to scale pod capacity dynamically
  • Balance pod billability and utilization targets with team well‑being, avoiding burnout while protecting project margins and delivery efficiency
  • Oversee seamless onboarding of contract and external talent into LFL systems, workflows, and pod culture, ensuring immediate productivity and alignment with agency standards
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Production, Product Design, Engineering, HR, and Executive Leadership, ensuring joint ownership of deliverables and smooth inter‑departmental collaboration

  • Partner closely with HR and Executive Leadership to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain diverse, world‑class production talent aligned with LFL’s creative tech culture
Production & Delivery Management
  • Track and report real‑time project health metrics—budget burn, sprint velocity, scope creep, margin health, and client CSAT to executive leadership
  • Identify early‑stage technical, schedule, or staffing risks and implement decisive mitigation strategies to maintain delivery commitments and platform stability
  • Serve as executive producer or steering sponsor on flagship product accounts, stepping in to resolve elevated client or execution challenges when necessary
  • Maintain clear, central documentation for platform workflows, delivery playbooks, and QA frameworks to ensure operational consistency across all platform projects
