You will work across pitches and builds, balancing AI-enabled exploration with human judgment, and drive the creative process from concept through final execution on ambitious projects.

Formación

• Hands-on fluency in graphic and/or digital design.
• 3D modeling and environmental concept development.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Strong storytelling and pitch leadership to win opportunities.
• Taste and clarity of vision, balancing novelty with substance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative across the full arc from early pitch to final execution.
• Contribute hands-on in design and review on screens and builds.
• Shape and review work, ensuring fast, meaningful decisions.
• Guide AI-enabled explorations to expand creative boundaries.
