Job summary

project44, a leader in AI-powered supply chain software, seeks a Director of Product Operations to report to the CPO and drive cross-functional initiatives from initiative to shipped outcome.

You will own roadmaps, alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Engineering, and oversee governance, program management, and data-quality practices while shaping AI governance and scale.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Deep understanding of product and technical trade-offs across domains.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, product, sales, and legal/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Product, Sales, and Professional Services plans for readiness, quoting, scoping, and go-live timelines.
• Lead leadership meetings and prepare material for OKRs and board updates.
• Represent Product in cross-functional forums and push for decisions.
• Maintain roadmap hygiene, intake SLAs, and release readiness with multiple orgs.
• Identify initiatives requiring formal programs and stand them up with owners and milestones.
• Provide a single source of truth for roadmap status, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish a quality and compliance system with governance and controls across functions.
• Translate regulatory/audit requirements into concrete product commitments.
• Promote data quality as a governance key result across PRDs and programs.
• Manage roadmap changes with a stack-ranked, transparent process.
• Align OKRs with pillar leaders and executive reporting.
• Define and govern AI governance practices for product capabilities.
