• 8+ years in product marketing for enterprise networking or security solutions.
• 5+ years leading product marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, CS, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define BIG-IP positioning and multi-year product marketing strategy across systems and software.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence to shape portfolio strategy and GTM plans.
• Own BIG-IP launch process with cross-functional teams to build pipeline and ARR growth.
• Articulate BIG-IP value for high-performance traffic management, DNS, load balancing, and AI inference.
• Define KPIs tying marketing to revenue including pipeline, ARR, renewals, and migration velocity.
• Package and align BIG-IP offerings with product management and pricing to accelerate migration.
• Enable sales and partners with playbooks, ROI tools, and customer proof points.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team.
