Role Overview: We are hiring a Director of SaaS Platform Product Management to lead Esko’s SaaS strategy, working with cross-functional teams to shape the roadmap, pricing, and innovation.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Define the strategic SaaS platform roadmap aligning with business and customer needs.
• Integrate solutions across functions for a seamless customer experience.
• Develop scalable SaaS pricing and packaging models.
• Infuse the platform with advanced technologies like AI and automation.
• Utilize market insights to evolve the platform offerings.
• Support sales and marketing with tools and messaging.
• Simplify and modernize solution deployment and scaling.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience, with 5+ in SaaS product management, especially platform-focused roles.
• Strong cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in reference architectures and pricing strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with cloud certifications and agile methodologies is a plus.
