You will build and lead a top-tier product team, own P&L, partnerships, and cross-functional execution, shaping the long-term vision and delivering customer-centric, monetizable experiences across channels.
Job Purpose: Lead a high-growth product portfolio, overseeing strategy, roadmap, commercialization, partnerships, and lifecycle performance to accelerate revenue and subscriber growth. Lead the incubation, commercialization and scaling of innovative consumer products and growth businesses, transforming new concepts into sustainable revenue streams and differentiated customer experiences. Drive end-to-end business ownership, including P&L management, business case development, new feature development, channel expansion, go-to-market execution, and customer experience optimization. Partner across internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and maximize return on investment while delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in Dallas, TX. No relocation is offered.

The Director-Product Management & Development strategist on the Mobility Consumer Product Management team, you’ll be joining a team that is driving the strategy, development, and launch of some of AT&T’s most innovative consumer network experiences—including AT&T Turbo, Turbo Live, eSIM by AT&T, and more. In this role, you will lead the Dallas-based team delivering this portfolio of high-growth products and services. You will define the long-term vision and roadmap, turning customer insights, market opportunities, and competitive trends into strategies that drive revenue, subscriber growth, retention, and profitability. You will build a high-performing team, remove obstacles, and align cross-functional partners to accelerate execution, optimize performance, and deliver greater customer value.
