Job summary

Teledyne Interconnect Solutions is seeking a strategic Director of Product Line Management- Connectors to own vision, strategy, and lifecycle of a portfolio of innovative products. You will drive growth, profitability, and market expansion while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success driving product strategy, portfolio management, and business growth.
  • Experience leading products through lifecycle from concept to market launch and retirement.
  • Strong financial acumen, including profitability analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will drive product growth, profitability, and market expansion while partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, Manufacturing, and executive leadership.

What You'll Do

What You Bring
Required Qualifications

Salary Range:

$124,400.00-$165,900.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
