For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Design to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will shape the product design vision across key areas of the business, guiding a growing design organization while ensuring the work remains grounded in customer needs. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive experiences, strengthen design operations, and improve how the team works at scale. This is an opportunity to influence both the quality of the user experience and the effectiveness of the broader design function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $235,600 – $294,500 annually
