For our client, we are seeking a Staff UX Designer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape consumer-level experiences within an enterprise healthcare environment, bringing clarity and polish to complex product journeys. You will lead high-impact design exploration from early concepts through rapid prototyping, helping define breakthrough solutions for ambiguous challenges. The position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate design quality, align feedback, and ensure scalable standards across the experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $188,500 - $245,000 annually
