Job summary

LegitScript is seeking a Director of Product Execution to own the portfolio view, run prioritization, and build the operating discipline that turns product direction into shipped, measured outcomes. You guide product managers while staying close enough to details to catch vague requirements or dependencies.

You will drive scope discipline, manage cross-squad dependencies, and oversee planning, launches, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex B2B software (SaaS, fintech, regtech, trust and safety).
• Ownership of multi-team product portfolios with cross-team dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio view, what is committed, in flight, at risk, or deferred.
• Run end-to-end prioritization with transparent criteria and outcomes.
• Set readiness bars for planned work with defined problems and outcomes.
• Drive scope discipline and break bets into value-delivering increments.
• Identify cross-squad dependencies and sequencing conflicts early.
• Own product operating cadence: planning, prioritization, roadmap review, launches, retrospectives.
• Lead product launches end-to-end including enablement and post-launch metrics.
• Coach and grow the product management team, including hiring and development.
• Set standards for product craft: problem definition, discovery, and success metrics.
• Review PM work and raise the bar on problem statements and requirements.
• Define and track delivery and outcome metrics; adjust as data warrants.
• Report progress clearly to engineering leadership and executives.
