Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking a Product Data Analytics Director to lead a four‑person analytics team within the Product Insights group. You will align with VP/SVP Product to drive data‑driven decisions across the core product and help shape the roadmap.

You will mentor analysts, deliver strategic insights, and partner with product researchers and cross‑functional teams to optimize product performance. A hybrid/remote policy supports flexible collaboration across the globe.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform statistical analyses and build data models.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for product teams.
• Strong SQL, DBT, and visualization skills with dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four data analysts within Product Insights.
• Drive data‑driven decision making to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinate with VP/ SVP Product and cross‑functional partners (engineering, success, sales).
• Strategize analytics initiatives with cross‑department leaders and ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Introduce AI-powered approaches to elevate team maturity and outputs.
