Current is a leading consumer fintech platform transforming financial access for everyday Americans. We seek a Director of Product Analytics to lead a scaled analytics organization, partnering with department leads and embedded teams to ensure data-driven decisions across the business.

You will mentor managers, drive standardized practices, and translate complex data into narratives that influence strategic direction, while championing data trust and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analytics, 5+ years in a D2C or customer-centric growth environment.
• 5+ years leading managers and cross-functional embedded analytics teams.
• Expert in SQL and Python for advanced analyses and performance tuning.
• Experience with randomized controlled trials (A/B/n) and statistical inference.
• Proven ability to translate data into compelling narratives for executives.
• Skilled in designing dashboards that provide actionable information.
• Experience with dimensional modeling in modern data ecosystems (Kimball).

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics function with consistency across embedded teams.
• Align analytics roadmaps with business goals and P&L objectives.
• Standardize experimentation, data modeling, and reporting processes.
• Structure deep-dive analyses and business cases with a data focus.
• Hands-on analysis to tackle complex, ambiguous problems.
• Mentor Analytics Managers and Leads to elevate technical storytelling.
