Polymarket is hiring a Director of Data Analytics to lead the team that turns data into decisions across the company. You'll head the embedded analytics organization, aligning analysts and data scientists with growth, product, markets, finance, risk, and institutional functions to ensure trusted insights for decision-making.

You'll define the analytics strategy, establish rigorous standards, and build a high-performing function that partners with business leaders to uncover opportunities,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics or data science, including 4+ years managing analysts or scientists.
• Expert SQL and solid understanding of experimental design and causal claims.
• Experience leading embedded/matrixed analytics teams with cross-functional impact.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to push back with evidence.
• Track record of developing analysts and promoting talent.
• Strong prioritization across functions amid competing demands.
• Experience building a team rather than inheriting one.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments with changing business logic.
• Data science depth in experimentation, causal inference, or predictive modeling.

Responsibilities
