You will drive cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT and manufacturing to optimize P2P processes and ROI. The role includes risk management, supplier relationship development, and leading a high-performing procurement team to meet manufacturing and corporate goals, with a focus on ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in procurement operations and strategic sourcing.
• Experience in Medical Device, Pharma or Biotech sectors; ISO 13485 and FDA knowledge.
• Experience developing category strategies for indirect procurement areas (IT, capex, marketing, facilities, services).
• Experience contributing to automation or process improvements in P2P.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the procurement function (Direct and Indirect) to support business growth while maximizing profitability.
• Implement best practices for category management to drive cross-company savings and improvements.
• Partner with Finance, IT and Manufacturing to improve P2P processes and ROI.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply disruptions and ensure quality/compliance.
• Oversee indirect purchasing team to ensure excellent service to internal users.
