Job summary

Spindrift is seeking a senior procurement leader to shape and scale our sourcing and supplier-management capabilities. You will partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Innovation, Quality, Planning, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive category strategies, negotiations, and governance across the supply chain.

This role offers leadership of two ICs and collaboration with the VP of Supply Chain to deliver cost savings, productivity gains, and supplier performance improvements in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or related supply chain roles.
• Experience leading supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost-savings initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze spend and supplier economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships aligned to quality, service, and cost goals.
• Lead category and supplier strategies, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Drive cost savings, productivity, and value creation while preserving supply reliability.
• Partner with suppliers on innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Own supplier governance, performance monitoring, benchmarking, and reporting.
• Lead procurement excellence initiatives including Procure-to-Pay practices and process improvements.
• Coach and develop procurement talent, fostering a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and integrate supplier capabilities into commercialization strategies.
