Job summary

The Trevor Project seeks a Director of Procurement & Spend Strategy to lead enterprise-wide sourcing, vendor management, and CLM tooling across the U.S. and Mexico, with a remote-friendly model.

You will supervise a Procurement Manager, design category strategies, and partner with finance and legal to optimize spend, ensure compliance, and prevent capital leakage while advancing Trevor’s mission. Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and experience with indirect procurement in SaaS or tech are

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading procurement teams and managing 150+ vendor relationships.
• Proven track record of cost savings and value delivery in SaaS/tech or nonprofit sectors.

• Lead enterprise-wide indirect procurement and spend strategy.
• Oversee Procurement Manager and build category strategies to drive cost optimization.
