Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a senior procurement leader to build and run the retained procurement organization, including the Director of Procurement Operations, category managers, and a Contracts/CLM Manager. The role will implement a single enterprise source-to-pay process across regions and develop category strategies for IT hardware, software, SaaS, telecom, distribution, and indirect spend.

It is a remote US-based position with travel to U.S. and international sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in procurement or supply chain with leadership at director level.
• Experience centralizing procurement in multi-entity orgs, often via acquisitions.
• Strong tech category experience; knowledge of source-to-pay controls and ERP.
• Experience across IT hardware, software, SaaS, telecom, and indirect spend.

Job description

• Build and lead the retained procurement organization, including the Director of Procurement Operations, category managers, and a Contracts/CLM Manager.
• Implement a single enterprise source-to-pay process, purchasing policy, and intake process across all regions, including Brazil and Mexico.
• Develop category strategies for IT hardware, software, SaaS, telecom, distribution, and indirect spend, consolidating suppliers into enterprise agreements.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 7 years leading procurement teams at director level or above.
• Proven record of building or centralizing procurement in a multi-entity organization, ideally one grown through acquisitions.
• Strong technology category experience and familiarity with source-to-pay controls, ERP systems, and spend analytics.
