Spendflo Inc. seeks an experienced procurement executive to join our US-based leadership team.

Reporting to the Founder and CEO, this full-time role blends strategic procurement oversight with cross-functional influence to drive adoption of our platform and modernize operating models. You will lead AI-enabled procurement initiatives, guide reference programs, develop case studies, and help shape product positioning by translating buyer feedback into development priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement or shared services, at director level or higher in a US-based org.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end technology implementations for procure-to-pay, sourcing or contract management.
• Influence within procurement, evidenced by speaking engagements, awards or a strong peer network.

Responsabilités

• Provide peer-level strategic guidance to procurement/finance executives on restructuring operating models to integrate AI agents (35% of time).
• Manage customer advocacy initiatives: reference calls, case studies, speaking opportunities at conferences (25%).
• Oversee customer success strategies for initial US market deployments with Forward Deployed Engineer (20%).
• Cultivate network of procurement practitioners around the Flo platform (10%).
• Synthesize buyer feedback to inform product positioning and development priorities (10%).
