The candidate will drive end-to-end capital-raising initiatives, leveraging deep NA relationships and industry know-how to build a diversified investment base across real estate debt and related credit strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience capital raising from institutional investors.
• Experience in real estate debt (also open to corporate credit or alternative fixed income).
• Deep relationships in North America and strong networks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end fundraising through the capital formation process.
• Maintain and expand relationships with US-based institutional investors.
• Raise capital from institutional investors across North America.
